The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from China for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022

Hangers – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 31.58 and 90.42 percent

Rubber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Mexico, Poland, and South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel rod – initiation of inquiry to determine whether steel threaded rod made from alloy steel that is produced in the U.S. from unthreaded pins imported from China is circumventing the AD duty order on alloy and carbon steel threaded rod from China and the CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China

Tool chests – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam, effective July 12
